Position Summary
This role bridges marketing, communications, and people engagement. The successful candidate will coordinate brand-building activities, lead audiovisual (AV) content efforts, and manage outreach to external partners and student communities. You will act as a public-facing ambassador for C3S Business School across physical and digital channels.

As part of its strategic expansion, C3S Business School is seeking to appoint a Campus Outreach Coordinator; a dynamic professional who will play a key role in representing and amplifying the C3S Business School brand across campus, online platforms, and public-facing events.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent C3S Business School at education fairs, student events, agency meetings, and outreach campaigns.
- Feature in and manage AV content (short videos, reels, live sessions, podcast interviews, etc.).
- Activate relationships with partner agencies across recruitment spots.
- Plan and execute on-campus engagement activities aligned with the student lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team on campaign ideation and branding strategy.
- Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all visual and verbal communications.

Essential Competencies:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong on-camera presence; confident in live and recorded formats
- Ability to build rapport with students, partners, and colleagues
- Emotionally grounded and able to remain composed under pressure
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and presented)
Preferred Qualities:
- Familiarity with the European (especially Spanish) cultural environment
- A strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency

- Background in student services, marketing, events, or media is advantageous
