Job Description
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:
As a Documentation Analyst for Cash Management, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining technical and functional implementation documentation within our repository. Your role will focus on producing high-quality user manuals and reference materials for payment and account statement processes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with product, operations, and technology teams to document complex messaging formats and workflows, with a particular focus on SWIFT and XML standards. Document messaging rules and workflows for SWIFT, XML, and related formats, will be more than essential.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Profile: Junior-high to lower-senior level, structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
Proven experience in drafting and updating user manuals and functional documentation.
Excellent written communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
Knowledge of cash management products: account statements and payment instruments.
Advanced Excel skills for data organization and analysis.
Intermediate knowledge of SWIFT MT101 and XML formats.
Familiarity with MT940/942, BAI2, and camt.053/052 statement formats.
Understanding of the bank reconciliation process.
Desirable: experience with electronic banking platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update and maintain the implementation documentation repository for cash management products.
Draft clear and structured manuals, guides, and reference documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
Document messaging rules and workflows for SWIFT, XML, and related formats.
Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and industry specifications.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify technical requirements and processes.
Manage version control of documents, ensuring consistency across updates.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, working with minimal supervision.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Additional certifications in banking operations, SWIFT standards, or technical writing will be valued.
