About the Role
The Client Delivery Manager is a pivotal part of Orion Health’s Professional Services Group, embedded in the Center of Excellence. You'll take ownership of project delivery and account leadership across international clients, with an initial focus on France. Your mission: drive timely, high-quality outcomes, foster strong client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to success.
This is a strategic role that blends project management, client engagement, and operational leadership—ideal for someone with proven international experience, a consultative mindset, and excellent organiSational skills.
What You’ll Do:
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead project execution from start to finish—on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation using Orion Health tools and frameworks.
- Ensure delivery documentation is consistently up to date and audit-ready.
Client Relationship & Account Oversight
- Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related activities with French clients.
- Align project goals with client priorities and ensure satisfaction across all touch points.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and service optimisation.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams including consultants, analysts, developers, and partners.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive culture and escalate issues with tact and clarity.
- Champion best practices across regions and delivery teams.
Technical Awareness (Non-Hands-On)
- Understand high-level architecture and support technical conversations with stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical leads to ensure design alignment and implementation consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years in project delivery, consulting, or account management.
- Proven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
- Prior work with international clients, ideally in healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Technically conversant in SaaS and integration-based deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
