In this role you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts incoming to Chubb EMEA from our Worldwide Multinational network. You will be responsible for the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements and associated administrative within Chubb’s agreed standards across by adopting the 'right first time' principle (100% data quality checking prior to issuance & booking).
The role also involves working closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders where required.

You actively listen to Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, and other external parties to understand their needs and concerns, becoming the main focal point for all service matters.
You demonstrate attention to detail by adhering to the 'right first time' principle, ensuring 100% data quality checking prior to issuance and booking.
You support Chubb’s business development and client relationship activities by fulfilling customer requests and resolving service matters
You manage multiple responsibilities, such as policy documentation issuance and account handling, by effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
You ensure operational excellence by issuing all handled programs and policy documentation to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
You measure and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery to ensure it meets desired standards and agreements.
You structure your time effectively to accomplish work, projects, and goals, such as policy documentation and account management.
You resolve issues by diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions, utilizing your problem resolution and decision-making skills
You actively participate in transformation, digital or not, to ensure continuous improvement of procedures, contributing to the overall enhancement of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Additional European language (Dutch/German/French/Italian/Swedish/Danish) is a desirable.
Professional language skills in English are a must.
Previous experience in an underwriting support role is a plus.
Insurance background is preferred.
Competent in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
