Job Overview
We are seeking a Club Manager for our soon to be launched Aethos Club in Palma, Mallorca. Unlike other Aethos spaces, this will be 100% a day club space — with no hotel rooms. This marks an exciting new chapter for Aethos, as we cement ourselves as the leading lifestyle hospitality brand of Europe. We are looking for an exceptional, Mallorca-based operations leader to drive the success of Aethos Club, Palma.

Essential Job Functions:
- Drive revenue and profitability with full P&L responsibility
- Create a world-class guest experience and oversee guest satisfaction
- Continuously innovate to improve the property’s performancePrepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Partner with our Head of Membership and GM for Aethos Hotel Paguera to build a truly exceptional brand in Mallorca
- Set best in class global standards and processes for service and hospitality; create business improvement plans focused on promoting exceptional service, maximizing profits / upselling, and improving onsite logistics, standardized for all locations
- Train all onsite staff to Aethos standards; ongoing training for new team members and bi-monthly check-ins with local teams to ensure consistency
- Support strategies for member engagement and service to support retention and growth
Competencies:
- 6+ years hospitality operations experience
- Analytical and data-driven

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships
- Experience training and managing service teams and staff
