Join our team at AXA Partners Spain as we seek a talented Commercial Travel Manager!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Travel Manager to apply business and consulting knowledge to ensure the best solutions for our clients, while guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and participating in the acquisition of new clients for our business line. The ideal candidate will push all areas of the company and our clients to achieve commercial goals and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the home line within IPAS, providing service and support to existing customers.
- Ensure the renewal of existing contracts and negotiate economic conditions with clients to secure the profitability of the line.
- Identify new business lines and clients in coordination with the commercial director.
- Lead client bidding processes and coordinate all departments to present offers to clients and prospects.
- Conduct commercial presentations and negotiate economic conditions and SLAs with clients.
- Support the commercial management in preparing reports for the Group, long-term business plans, and financial account monitoring.
- Implement company strategy and collaborate on commercial plans for the line with the commercial management.
- Mobilize critical areas for the implementation of new clients.
- Ensure the profitability of all assigned clients and coordinate all affected company areas to meet agreed SLAs.
- Manage a commercial team of 2 people, ensuring compliance with company policies, required training, and necessary reporting.
- Conduct annual and semi-annual performance evaluations of assigned team members.
- Collaborate with operational, network, and actuarial departments to prepare commercial proposals, manage contract billing, and quote existing offers.
- Participate in internal follow-up meetings to oversee the smooth operation of various Home accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- University degree and/or specialized technical knowledge in the position or 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Corporate training in leadership, sales techniques, and database management.
- High level of English for conversation and reporting.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Strong transversal leadership skills.
