ADP is hiring a Compliance Specialist
ADP has a long, proud history of conducting business with the highest ethical standards and full compliance with all applicable laws. In this context, ADP has dedicated Compliance team to oversee and support ADP business to comply with all aspects of data privacy laws and regulations that apply to its business operations. In this role, you will be part of the Compliance team and will be supporting the team’s efforts to help protecting ADP’s business and clients against compliance risks by assessing the risk inherent to the use by ADP of third-party payroll providers, analyzing compliance data, enhancing business processes, and ensuring alignment with the highest compliance standards, under the supervision of the Compliance Director. WHAT YOU'LL DO: What you can expect on a typical day: - You will perform compliance impact assessments on our third-party payroll providers and regularly interact with them to ensure they meet their regulatory requirements and comply with ADP policies. - You will conduct detailed data analyses to identify gaps, KPIs, improvement areas, and potential risks. - You will assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and will assist in implementing process changes. - You will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure compliance processes are aligned with ADP objectives and compliance requirements. - You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to further enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. - You will monitor the data retention process to ensure it is aligned with data protection and ADP privacy policy. - You will also assist with special / ad hoc compliance related tasks, as required. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: - You have a bachelor's degree in legal, finance, accounting, business administration or a related field and between 1-2 years of proven experience as a compliance analyst.- You are familiar with data analytics or process improvement strategies.
