How you will shape Prophero:
- Support invoicing and accounting processes according to company policies, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Help forecast Cashflow and P&L, contributing to crucial operational decisions.
- Assist with investor reporting and monthly closings.
- Participate in the implementation of a business ERP, enhancing our ability to scale and optimize processes.
- Contribute to building a strong Treasury team, including managing banking relationships.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, gross margin analysis, and more, using bookkeeping software.
What you will bring to our team:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – we’re a close-knit team, and collaboration is key.
- Ambition to grow exponentially with the company – we’re looking for someone who sees this role as just the beginning of a long-term journey.
- Analytical mindset with strong technical abilities to tackle complex financial problems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SQL or other programming skills would be a plus.
- You are in your 4th year of a Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics degree (mandatory) or Masters.
- Based in Madrid or Valencia, with availability to work in a hybrid format (a mix of in-office and remote).
- Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
