Job Overview

The Cost Controller will play an integral role in our financial management team, specifically focusing on the wind sector. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate the standard price of all components and finish modules.
• Introduce the standard price per component and module into the system to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Focus on tracking, analyzing, and reporting budget and financial performance indicators.
• Review financial statements to guarantee accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles.
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with internal deadlines.
• Provide support to departments with cost analysis, production times, and deviations from the plan.
• Investigate accounting issues and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams during audits and reviews.
• Provide general accounting support as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
• Support annual budget planning and forecast analysis, including the calculation and tracking of risks and opportunities, and connection with the group profit and loss statement.
• Technical requirements: Reporting tooling, Power Bi, Macros tools, Excell, SAP, etc. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or budget management, preferably within the renewable energy or wind sector.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Knowledge of the wind energy market trends, cost structures, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
