Job Description
From our agency Craft, we’ve launched an advanced Generative AI startup that operates within our global production network. It’s a new creative layer where art, storytelling, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence converge, all within precisely designed workflows.
The result: production-ready GenAI pieces crafted for brands seeking purposeful innovation. We achieve this by committing to ethical data, transparent processes, and human-led creativity—where AI is a tool, not a replacement.
We are looking for a hands-on builder with a passion for generative AI and a sharp eye for scalable, reproducible workflows. As part of our global innovation function, you will help design and refine the technical infrastructure behind advanced creative outputs.
This role sits at the intersection of R&D, production, and experimentation, bridging exploratory builds with production-ready systems.
You will collaborate with technologists and creatives across multiple innovation hubs, taking ambiguous briefs and open-ended challenges and turning them into structured, testable solutions.
You will be expected to balance rapid exploration with reproducibility and controllability, ensuring every output can be reliably tested, versioned, and deployed.
If you are comfortable with complexity, excited by emerging technologies, and motivated to make things work at scale, we would like to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Help implement, manage, and optimise GenAI pipelines across diffusion, LoRA training, embedding workflows, and video generation, working within an established technical architecture while contributing to workflow design and improvement
- Support and maintain GPU infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS and GCP), local development machines, and inference environments
- Lead dataset preparation, training runs, and asset versioning across secure and private environments
- Collaborate with Creative, Studio, and Production teams to ensure tools and pipelines align with real-world production needs
- Work closely with global innovation hubs to align standards, share learnings, and evolve cross-regional capabilities
- Turn ambiguous briefs into structured technical plans through exploration and fast prototyping
- Contribute to documentation and workflow hardening to enable scaling across multiple clients and pipelines
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing machine learning or GenAI pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as ComfyUI, HuggingFace libraries, LoRA, and embedding workflows
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and orchestration platforms (AWS, GCP, Lambda, Lightning.ai, or equivalent)
- Understanding of production pipeline needs including versioning, data ethics, and controllability, including experience with control nets or equivalent constraint-based generation methods
- Desirable experience in:
- VFX and post-production workflows
- Studio and video production processes
- 3D tooling such as Blender or Unreal
- Comfortable navigating open-ended problems and testing multiple approaches quickly
- Able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, translating between disciplines
- Motivated by emerging technologies, operational rigour, and real-world outcomes
What You Will Get
- The opportunity to contribute to a global innovation ecosystem shaping the future of creative production
- Direct collaboration with peers in AI, production, and creative disciplines
- A hands-on role influencing the design and scale of next-generation tooling for high-profile brands
- A flexible and supportive working environment, with access to cutting-edge infrastructure and talent
