As a Senior Game Ops Manager (CRM Manager), you will be a team leader in the GameOps structure which is charged with the ownership of a variety of live campaigns, in order to improve key monetisation, engagement and retention metrics of our players. Together with the Principal GameOps Manager, you will own the campaign calendar and marketing roadmap in order to deliver a customer centric strategy that will maximise the revenue generated from the app.
Ultimately, the team’s objective will be to drive the short to medium term performance of the game. This is to be achieved through campaigns and some new GameOps features driving monetisation, engagement uplifts and retention metrics. Utilising various established practices and activities including and not limited to:
- LiveOps: Execution & Optimisation, with input on design
- In App Engagement Events
- Sales & Special Offers
- LifeCycle flows and Optimisation
- Content and feature marketing
- Out of App Communications (Push Notifications, Emails et al.)
- New Content Promotions
- Community Pages and Content
- Retention Campaigns & Features
- Leading Research Pieces
What We're Looking For
As a Senior GameOps Manager you should be data and KPI driven, identify trends in users behaviors, understand key motivators and drive towards data proven results and will have knowledge of competitors' GameOps events and activities.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience running LiveOps management in a relevant industry, F2P and mobile games preferred but not essential
- Experience in mobile and Facebook games preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Analytical and data driven.
- Experience running AB (split) tests.
- In depth knowledge of performance metrics in F2P and social Casino games.
- Proactive communicator who can act as a bridge between different teams based in different locations.
- Experience implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement and LTV of customers.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
