We are looking for agents to join the International Customer Service team (Truck) located in Barcelona.

If you enjoy working in an international environment, teamwork and rapid change, join the Truck Assistance International team! In the Truck Assistance International (TAI) department we focus on providing roadside assistance to heavy vehicles on an international level.
What does the position consist of?
- To know in detail the different types of insurance policies of our clients and to apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
- Advising and guiding clients towards an appropriate solution.
- Coordinate all the necessary steps of the assistance: answer international phone calls and e-mails, register cases and document actions in our IT system, organize the appropriate assistance and ensure the closure of each file.
- Providing a quick and adapted customer service response, in accordance with the coverage guaranteed in the customer's insurance policy.
- Assigning the necessary professionals for the transfer of the vehicle and for the transfer of the occupants.
- Administrative tasks (sending faxes, e-mails, use of templates to manage vehicle rentals, hotels, cabs, ticket reservations).
- Work in a team environment to ensure proper case management. Always follow established internal procedures and protocols.
- Regular meetings with your line manager as well as your counterparts, relying on them for the resolution of files.
- Management of invoices and claims related to each case.

Conditions:
Contract: Permanent
Schedules:
- Monday to Friday from 14:30 until 22:00 + Guards
- Night Shift from 22:00 until 08:00 (5 days on - 5 days off)
