ROLE SUMMARY:
La Miranda, part of the Inspired Education family, is seeking a passionate and creative Dance Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a 28/29 working hours a week role offering an exciting opportunity to inspire and guide students from Primary through Secondary in a vibrant, international, and collaborative learning environment
The successful candidate will teach Dance across Primary (Years 1–6) and Secondary (MYP2 and MYP3). Knowledge of the IB MYP programme is desirable but not essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver engaging and motivating Dance lessons tailored to students’ age and ability
- Plan and develop the curriculum in line with school and IB MYP guidelines
- Foster creativity, teamwork, and confidence in students
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the wider performing arts programme
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience
- Passionate about dance and the performing arts
- Familiarity with the IB MYP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative
