At ERNI, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to help our Pharma client make better decisions through data. You’ll work on developing and maintaining internal tools that ensure accurate delivery tracking and KPI monitoring for all the client’s products. Your role will be key in building clean, reliable datasets and creating impactful visualizations that empower internal teams. 🧪📈

How do we ensure that? 🤔
From day one, you will have a mentor with you, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
What will you do?
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to data visualization and reporting for this client. You will:
- Develop, clean, and maintain datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Create and manage visual reporting tools (mainly in Tableau) to deliver insights to internal customers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable visualizations and datasets.
- Maintain and enhance internal tools
-Automate ETL processes and ensure data accuracy.
What are we looking for?
✅ 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics.
✅ Proven experience with SQL (SQL Server, queries, optimization).
✅ Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau.
✅ Desirable experience with ETL processes and data engineering tasks (cleaning, transformation, automation).
✅ Good English communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with internal clients.
✅ Strong customer management and business understanding skills.
