Responsibilities
- Drives digitalization projects in our production activities and Sites by applying data science and optimization techniques to improve products and processes.
- Managing projects from planning through execution.
- Developing internal data science capabilities, fostering external partnerships, and ensuring governance through cost, IP, and safety management.
- The role accelerates the leverage of data across the organization to enable enhanced automation, decision-making, and the creation of new data-powered business models.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver complete data products that solve real business challenges, forming strategic partnerships with stakeholders, and advancing skills across the organization through mentoring and training programs.
- This position combines individual contributions in research, engineering and solution delivery with an organization-wide responsibility to be an evangelist and force multiplier for data science adoption and impact.
- Integrating modern data science tools into existing IT systems and bring solution to scale.
