Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Communications Senior Professional to drive and protect Ferrovial's brand reputation from Madrid. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact digital strategies that reinforce the brand's positioning through visual narratives and creative content. They will work closely with global communication teams and various business units to lead campaigns that reflect how Ferrovial transforms the sectors and communities in which it operates.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic digital communication plans in collaboration with the corporate team.
• Manage Ferrovial's digital platforms, ensuring relevant content aligned with the global audience.
• Define and execute lead generation campaigns, paid social media campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Create engaging content for multiple channels: social media, web, media, presentations, etc.
• Coordinate a coherent content calendar for key audiences: clients, partners, investors.
• Support other areas and business units with strategic content plans.
• Oversee the external creative agency and ensure visual and message consistency.
• Monitor digital reputation and ensure brand identity compliance.
• Publish essential legal documents and analyze digital performance metrics.

Skills and Experience

• University degree in marketing, communication, or journalism.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agencies or corporate communication departments in global environments.
• Deep knowledge in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
• Ability to translate strategies into concrete actions, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in project management, creative resources, and digital tools (WordPress, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Spanish.
• Autonomous, proactive profile with a continuous improvement mindset and comfortable working with distributed teams.
