The Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the go-to-market strategy and ongoing management of our product catalogue. This role is key in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment between departments while also contributing to broader digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain our product catalogue: manage availability, upgrades, locations, and sales channels
- Coordinate product launches and updates across departments (Marketing, Operations, IT)
- Collaborate directly with center managers to align operational needs (e.g., closures, product limitations) with system updates
- Support the creation of promotional codes for B2C and B2B campaigns
- Maintain business listings across platforms (Google My Business, Apple Maps) and ensure accuracy in paid media product feeds
- Assist the digital team with content uploads (e.g., blog posts, website updates).
- Generate stock and availability reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support technical evolution of catalogue structures
Who you are:
- 1+ year of experience in digital product/catalogue management or operational marketing support.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Digital Business or similar.
- Previous collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Logistics, Commercial).
- Experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or Travel sectors, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Spanish fluency required; English proficiency preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines.
