METADOX GmbH is a hardware startup, specialized in the development, production, and sale of Soundproof Masks for Gaming. With our last product, the OMBRA, we are quickly growing worldwide. We're now looking to create a company core team in our new office in Sant Cugat del Vallès!

Our Mission is to allow gamers to play any game, any time, without being a nuisance at their homes, thanks to our comfortable and soundproof mask. Our goal is to become the go-to brand for soundproof masks worldwide - and not just in gaming. There's a huge opportunity for offices and other segments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support our team with basic tasks e-commerce, customer support, marketing, and sales.
- Answer customer questions by email and chat (product info, shipping, troubleshooting).
- Gather and update customer lists and contact databases.
- Support with sending emails, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing product pages, translations, and simple content updates on our website/shops (Shopify)
- Help coordinate with customers during pre-orders, crowdfunding, and direct sales.
- Provide basic reporting (tracking orders, summarizing FAQs, etc.).
- Support the team in events/fairs with small tasks (materials, scheduling, communication).
The position can evolve into a more experienced one, or take responsibility in some of the following tasks:
- Understand the product’s technical features and translate them into user-facing benefits.
- Optimize and maintain the company website and online shops
- Develop and manage product pages, descriptions, and visuals
- Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all channels
- Manage and evolve our presence on social platforms
- Engage directly with the community and customers through comments, messages, and feedback loops
- Define and execute go-to-market plans, including messaging, timelines, and channels
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms
- Preparation of booth setup and promotional materials for gaming fairs
- Conduct user research and analyze marketing data (conversion, engagement, reach)
- Identify and evaluate international distribution opportunities and sales partners (resellers, marketplaces, B2B buyers)
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials: brochures, product sheets, pricing info, and partner guides
- Support and assist partners with onboarding, product understanding, and performance feedback
YOUR PROFILE
- Some experience, studies, or own entrepreneurships related to e-commerce and listed tasks. No minimum professional experience required though.
- Experience with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller, Google Analytics, or similar is valued.
- Interest and some experience in using AI tools, especially Chat-GPT
- Good communication skills and a friendly, clear way of writing.
- Organized, independent, and reliable: you can handle lists, emails, and follow instructions.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online forms).
- Good English skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus. Other languages are a plus, especially Japanese.
- Enthusiasm for innovative products and interest in the gaming industry. Affinity for new technologies.
