Posizione:
As an Electromechanical Worker at NHOA Energy you will oversee and coordinate all on-site electromechanical and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety protocols, and local legislation.
Tasks and Duties:
- Coordinating electromechanical activities and developing related procedures;
- Monitoring punch list resolution activities through to the final project milestone and ensuring timely closure of outstanding items;
- Participating in on-site meetings and providing informed feedback on quality and compliance matters;
- Tracking deviations from engineering designs and ensuring proper red-line documentation is completed;
- Verifying the incorporation of red-line modifications into final As-Built documentation;
- Assisting in the commissioning of the equipment and whole system;
- Assisting the Site Manager with:Planning and scheduling project activities;Estimating time and materials required for installation tasks;Maintaining accurate records of all site activities and related documentation;Supervising electricians and providing technical guidance as needed;Ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and best practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in projects involving photovoltaic (PV) systems or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal codes and safety regulations;
- In-depth knowledge of the electrical industry and standard installation practices;
- Strong understanding of Issued for Construction (IFC) electrical project documentation;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Spanish laws and regulations applicable to electrical works;
- Electrical risk training compliant with Spanish legislation.
