The Challenge 

The field marketing team in International need additional support to execute local tactics that drive pipeline growth. With stretched resource and a large target within the UKI in particular there is a gap in delivering regional campaigns, managing events, tracking results, and coordinating with sales and partners. An intern can help bridge this gap by assisting with execution, reporting and local engagement to ensure the marketing plan is effectively implemented.  

Your Mission 

• Act as a key support role for the Field Marketing Manager — support execution of local marketing tactics aligned with pipeline goals. ($26M)
• Lead the planning and delivery of virtual events, including webinars and panel discussions
• Create engaging promotional materials and campaigns across email, social media, and internal channels
• Help track campaign performance and maintain reporting accuracy- key metrics and contribute to optimizing event success
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to ensure alignment 
• Support in-person event activity where needed, from forums to networking events
• Provide general support to increase field marketing efficiency and impact.
• Contribute to adapting global strategies for local market needs. 

You Are 

• A motivated and proactive student or recent graduate in marketing, business or a related field. Interested in gaining experience in B2B marketing and event execution
• Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills 
• Seeks opportunities for process improvements
• Detail- orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Eager to learn and contribute in fast- paced, team- orientated environment
• Proactive, curious, and a team player, eager to learn and contribute
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a supportive team environment
• Familiarity with tools marketing automation tools (Hubspot), Salesforce, Zoom, or Cvent is a plus, but not required (willingness to learn is key) 
• Last year student or recent graduated. Availability to sign 25h/week or 40h/week for 6-11 months internship.
• Is required to be able to sign an internship agreement with University.
