The Finance department is looking for a new member to join the team in Headquarters, Barcelona.
The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative and financial tasks related to bank reconciliation, supplier payments, treasury support, financial operations support for Cooltra shops.
This person will also play an active role in managing financial tools and payment systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepares receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices for entities under the scope.
- Supports in cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops for entities under the scope.
- Supports foreign subisidaries in treasury processes
- Management of bank remittances and bank rejections for entities under the scope.
- Participates in Treasury Committee process for entities under the scope.
- Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts for entities under the scope.
Recommended Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or similar field.
- Previous experience in administrative and financial roles: at least: 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial management platforms.
- Mandatory: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of French or Portuguese is desirable.
