How will it be to work with us?
As a Finance Analyst, your mission will be to give our company a clear view of its financial future and support decision-making at the highest level. You will:
- Be the right hand of the Senior Finance Analyst to forecast cash flow (direct & indirect methods) and anticipate treasury needs.
- Connect the dots across the business – acting as the bridge between core finance functions impacting cash and working capital (AR, AP, fleet, procurement, controlling, BPO…).
- Propose and implement smarter processes to improve financial visibility and speed up decision-making.
- Ensure strong financial control and keep a close eye on costs.
- Prepare key insights for the Board and top management, supporting strategic decisions.
- Work with external stakeholders – banks, financial service providers, investors, and shareholders – ensuring smooth and accurate reporting.
- Turn financial data into actionable insights, performing analysis for management and the Board.
- Drive automation and reporting improvements, making our financial tools and dashboards more efficient.

Ready to join us?
What will make you succeed in this position:
- 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting fundamentals (Spanish GAAP is a plus).
- Financial modeling skills and an automation mindset – you love finding smarter ways to work.
- A proactive, trustworthy, and results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical skills – you can deep dive into details, but also synthesize insights and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are always a plus.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Think Cell is a plus).
- Experience with Navision / Business Central and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Finance, Economics, Accounting, or ADE degree (Master in Finance highly valued).
