The Role
Acai Travel is revolutionizing the travel industry by empowering leading Airlines, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Travel Management Companies (TMCs) with cutting-edge AI agentic solutions. We are rebuilding the travel industry with agentic software.

Acai Travel ($4.5M raised, VC-backed) needs a Founding Head of Product who owns customer relationships while scaling our product and tech team. You will be the central point of contact and value delivery of the company. You will work closely with our two founders (CEO and CPTO) and be part of the executive team.
In just few months, we've grown from 3 clients ($15K MRR) to 10 clients ($80K MRR) at 30% monthly growth. You'll own our most complex customer accounts while mentoring our product & engineering team.

What You'll Do:
Build the Company (50%)
- Own enterprise customer relationships - you're the product face of Acai
- Join sales calls, present to C-suite prospects, close complex deals
- Create Statements of Work and manage customer success, manage contracts with customers and suppliers
- Represent the company at industry events and with partners
Build the Product (50%)
- Own product strategy
- Use your ultimate magic: lead complex customer interviews and translate these very complex enterprise needs into product direction
- Coach and lead our tech team
- Make strategic decisions without bureaucracy or committees, don't ask for permission, in case ask for forgiveness ;)
What We Need
Technical + Founding Skills:
- 7+ years building products at early-stage startups (pre-Series B)
- Track record of wearing multiple hats - product, sales, customer success
- Experience being "the product person" who customers know by name
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Technical Chops:
- Complex B2B product experience (APIs, integrations, enterprise software)
- Engineering background necessary - you need to speak technical language with customers and engineers
- AI/LLM savvy and curios
Company Building:
- Customer-facing sales or pre-sales experience, you need to be able to charm the customer, both verbally and technically
- Kind but direct communication style - no corporate bs, we are only about value creation
