Position: Freelance Tour Guide
Location: Barcelona
Contract Type: Freelance
Payment: Fixed salary of 120 EUR/day
Schedule: Flexible working days and hours to fit your availability
Key Responsibilities
- Lead private, personalized walking tours for diverse groups
- Share insights on Barcelona’s history, culture, and iconic landmarks
- Customize tours based on guest interests and preferences
- Create a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for every group
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Barcelona’s culture, history, and key sites
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting typically 3 to 8 hours
- Previous guiding or hosting experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in local food and willingness to host food-related tours is an advantage
