We are looking for a Global Identity and Access Manager (maternity leave cover, 18 months) to manage and optimise user identities and access rights across Symrise. In this role, you will ensure that all identity and access processes are audit-compliant and align with the company’s security guidelines. You will collaborate closely with IT, HR, and business teams to continuously improve processes and support internal and external audits.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing user requests: Review and process requests related to access rights and identity management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Service provider monitoring: Regularly track service provider activities, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance.
Process creation and improvement: Develop and implement new identity and access processes in collaboration with internal IT, business teams, and external ServiceNow developers.
Maintenance and optimisation: Review, update, and optimise existing access and identity management processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
User cleansing: Conduct regular purges of user accounts to ensure only active and authorised users have system access, liaising with HR and other departments.
Compliance and audit: Ensure identity and access processes meet internal and external compliance requirements, and support internal and external audits.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Several years of hands-on experience in identity and access management.
Solid knowledge of user identity and access administration.
Experience developing and implementing IT processes, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with IT, HR, and business teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
