POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure on-time green coffee supply to the assigned factories maintaining the correct stock cover target. Shipment monitoring from origin to destination in cooperation with Commodities Global Logistics team and suppliers. Main point of contact for the factories and markets providing the best service.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Creation of the proposed shopping basket for Green Coffee, respecting targets of stock covers, supporting long term planning.
- Propose the necessary business contingency plan, adjustments, intercompany transfers, spot purchases based on the requirements in the factories.
- Management of Weekly and Monthly Operation Review meetings with the factories, follow-up on the actions and establish relevant KPI's.
- Deliver service level which will be delighting customers.
- Ensure aligned and efficient Material Requirements Planner process across factories, from suppliers to factories, ensuring visibility towards both ends.
- Define optimum stock policies per material and factory, based on critical parameters.
- Apply and adjust stock policy per material and factory, optimising inventory but also ensuring flawless supply.
- Participate and lead logistic projects / initiatives which will optimise cost and supply.
- Ensure single point of contact for IT and other solution providers (excel and Power-BI tools) in order to do testing, upgrades and improvements, as well as training and support of the team.
- Close collaboration with Demand Supply Planning & factory planning, procurement and production, monitoring key performance indicators and leading for optimised supply.

ARE YOU A FIT?
- Three or more years of relevant experience as a Supply Planner, Demand Planner or similar.
- Previous experience in a FMCG company will be a plus.
- Computer literate (MS Office: Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint (Intermediated), Word (Intermediated), PBI (Intermediated/Advanced).
- SAP knowledge in SD & P2P modules will be highly valued
- Fluent in English (international environment). Spanish will be a plus
