Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Helpdesk Support professional to assist with onsite training and support activities at our client location in Tarragona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client location to attend and participate in training sessions
- Document the training process and prepare user-friendly guides or manuals
- Provide first-level IT support to users as needed
- Coordinate with remote teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
- Prior experience in helpdesk or IT support roles
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and effectively
- Basic understanding or hands-on knowledge of network administration is a plus
- Willingness to work onsite at the client location in Tarragona
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in IT support, networking, or systems administration
- Experience working with multinational teams or clients
