About the Role
This position involves ensuring a high-quality dining experience for hotel guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, attentive to detail, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Seating guests – Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables
- Taking orders – Accurately noting guest preferences and requests
- Serving food & beverages – Delivering meals promptly and professionally
- Providing menu recommendations – Assisting guests with meal choices
- Ensuring guest satisfaction – Addressing any concerns and enhancing their experience
- Cleaning & setting tables – Keeping the dining area tidy and presentable
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong communication in english and spanish & customer service skills
- Attention to detail & ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
