Your role:Provide guidance & support to sites on H&S risks assessment and operational control measures.Act as a Subject Matters of Expert on relevant H&S topics including process safety, permit to work, contractor management, machinery safety, occupational hygiene topics, and employee wellbeing.Support sites on ensuring thoroughness and quality of incidents investigations together with the development of robust corrective actions and reapplication plans.Act as a lead auditor for ISO14001 and 45001 certification system and corporate compliance.Lead and coordinate the network of H&S professionals to ensure the execution and implementation of H&S roadmaps and action plans to drive impact.Enable and support network personnel in achieving H&S objectives through training and coaching.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate H&S practices into business operations.Support behavioral safety and health programs in the network.Support and facilitate best practice sharing in the network.Develop relevant procedures guidelines and tools.
Who you are:
- Min 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferably in an international environment
- Scientific, engineering, chemical or pharmaceutical background, preferable additional postgraduate qualification in occupational health and safety or equivalent.
- The position requires global travel (ca. 30%)
- Fluent in English .Strong communication skillsFamiliarity with international H&S regulations and standards.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.Good project management skills.
