Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies. In this role, you will be the single point of contact for coordinating IT project delivery across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless service alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical project manager, overseeing infrastructure service delivery and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with architects and managed service providers to design and implement solutions.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers and validate project acceptance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and transition smoothly into operations.
- Monitor service performance, drive improvements, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards and align practices with global IT policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Certifications: PMP (mandatory), SCRUM, and ITIL v3.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in IT project management, preferably in global/offshore environments.
- Expertise in Cloud services (AWS mandatory; Azure a plus) and Data Centre technologies (Cisco UCS, VCE, EMC).
- Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
