Position Summary
The position will leverage a best-in-class segmentation and prospecting process by researching and identifying the right audience to find new opportunities and developing new leads with current and new accounts across EMEA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
List the key responsibilities for this role.
Identify and engage target audiences: Research and profile potential customers to build meaningful relationships and drive business growth.
Develop and manage accounts: Cultivate new and existing customer accounts, aligning sales opportunities with broader business and account strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records: Update and manage prospect and customer information in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and support effective decision-making.
Prepare business insights and reporting: Deliver detailed call reports, sales forecasts, quarterly business reviews, and presentations covering key activities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Provide strategic feedback: Share insights with cross-functional teams on product performance, emerging customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics, including pricing intelligence.
Drive lead generation and qualification: Identify and qualify prospects through proactive outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and online research.
Achieve performance targets: Consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs to support the achievement of EMEA regional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Support regional initiatives: Contribute to additional sales activities and strategic projects as directed by regional and functional leadership.
Conduct comprehensive customer research: Leverage diverse data sources to build detailed customer profiles and uncover new business opportunities.
Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemical engineering or similar fields.
Experience
Previous experience in sales related fields preferred, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Talents
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
High degree of self-initiative, result-oriented way of working.
Ability to carry out projects in a structured and successful manner.
Flexible, enthusiastic for interdisciplinary and intercultural teamwork.
Very good communication skills.
Very good written and spoken English and Spanish (Mandatory).
Proficiency in additional languages such as French and German is highly valuable.
