YOUR MISSION
Join Global Partner Operations team as an Intern focused on Integrations & Special Projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and improving partner integrations, while working at the intersection of tech, operations, and commercial strategy.
You will support and optimize how Glovo’s key partners connect through our Marketplace API, ensuring a smooth onboarding, technical support, and ongoing performance improvements. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
THE JOURNEY
- Support the onboarding and activation process for partners integrating via Glovo’s API.
- Be the first point of contact for integration-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Tech, Product, Commercial, and loca teams to resolve issues and launch new integrations.
- Be the Point of Contact for queries related to integration activations.
- Track, audit, and improve integration performance, contributing to better partner experience and KPIs.
- Maintain and update documentation, internal resources, and FAQs for integrations.
- Help identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and special initiatives focused on improving partner success.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing, operations.
- No prior experience required, just a strong willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
- Strong analytical skills; confident working with Google Sheets and large datasets.
- Exposure to APIs or SQL is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Team player who brings positive energy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail with a focus on operational efficiency.
