Short Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Programmatic Consultant for new markets, to lead the end-to-end development, activation, and optimization of cross-channel advertising campaigns (including display, video, CTV, audio, and DOOH). The ideal candidate combines strong media planning skills with platform fluency, storytelling capabilities, and a passion for data-driven results.

Requirements of the role:
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in media agencies or ad tech.
  • Strong grasp of programmatic advertising and location-based solutions.
  • Skilled in campaign strategy, storytelling, and designing tailored client proposals.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level).
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute data-driven programmatic campaigns that meet clientobjectives and brand narratives.
  • Strategically allocate and manage media budgets across various channels and formats to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Build and present compelling campaign proposals that connect client goals with TAPTAP's platform strengths and storytelling approach.
  • Leverage Sonata and other internal tools to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, providing regular performance updates and optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations and Supply teams to ensure campaign set-up accuracy, pacing, and KPI delivery.
  • Proactively monitor live campaigns, identifying risks and opportunities to maintain performance standards and suggest optimizations.
  • Support the Sales team in enhancing partner relationships and unlocking new commercial opportunities.
  • Evaluate platform features and provide structured feedback for product enhancements based on market insights and client needs.
