As a Junior Inbound Account Executive, you’ll convert inbound leads into loyal customers, guiding small businesses through their first steps with SumUp.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- 💬 Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team — your role is to qualify, consult, and convert
- 📞 Connect with small and medium-sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs
- 🎤 Deliver product demos and confidently explain how SumUp can solve real-world business challenges
- 📈 Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth lead conversion
- 📊 Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets

- Are fluent in Spanish
- Have some experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, etc.)
- Feel confident talking to people — you’re persuasive, warm, and solution-focused
