The role - your passion
Set up and configure mobile phones, PCs, laptops and tablets for our team
Create easy-to-understand guides and manuals for hardware and software
Help maintain our databases and support colleagues with hardware/software questions
Take care of our backup system, maintain it regularly and help improve it
Support our IT system administrator with daily tasks and projects
What you need to surf the wave with us
First experience in an IT-related role
Familiarity with Jira for service ticket management
Confident using Microsoft 365 tools
Ideally, some knowledge of the open-source ticket system Zammad
A careful, solution-oriented working style and a team-player mindset
Good communication skills in English. Any additional language is a plus
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of IT security is a bonus
