KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure strong in-store execution through excellent customer relationship management and field coordination.
- Develop and grow key customer accounts, focusing on distribution, category management, and sales performance.
- Define and execute annual customer plans, leveraging core range and new product development (NPD).
- List new products in customer assortments and coordinate promotional calendars aligned with company standards.
- Lead annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of trading terms and agreements.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting monthly and ensure product availability by coordinating with distribution centers and wholesalers.
- Control trade marketing budgets, analyze ROI of promotions, ensure customers profitability and track market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and insights and onboarding of new clients to cover white spots.

- University degree
- 3–5 Years of Key Account Management Experience
