• Support data analytics from different sources, turning insights into actions aligned with the objectives of the company.
• Assist in the incentive scheme for the field force.
• Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs.
• Plan trade activities, ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.
• Supervise and analyze the fulfilment of objectives, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure company performance.
• Design sales and other important metrics reporting, including post-implementation activity reviews.
• Align with and implement activities in accordance with laws and regulations related to environmental protection, workplace safety, fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures of the BAT group.

• Approximately 1 year experience in Trade Marketing team, also as an Area Sales Manager level or Brand/Trade Assistant level in a FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel.
• Financial experience and budget management will be well evaluated.

• Master's degree will be valued positively
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written)
