LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST:
Are you passionate about Labor Relations and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring proper labor analysis, expansion procedures, smooth offboarding and employee support.
Responsibilities:
Labor Analysis:
- Evaluate labor data and trends to identify areas for improvement and efficiency within Fever companies around the world.
- Participate in planning and executing company international expansion into new territories, considering labor aspects.
- Lead projects related to labor relations, such as implementing new policies or programs.
- Monitor and address sensitive or controversial employment topics, maintaining transparent communication with employees and management.
Labor queries:
- Provide guidance to management on employment matters and address inquiries related to labor agreements in the different countries.
- Address employee queries regarding international labor-related issues including benefits, working hours and conditions.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and resolve policy-related issues.
Employment documentation review:
- Create and maintain accurate records of labor-related documents, such as employment agreements, collective agreements, and internal policies.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and remains up to date.
- Collaborate with international teams to review and adapt labor contracts based on local laws and regulations
Onboarding & Offboarding processes and communication:
- Assist in the incorporation process to ensure compliance in the different countries where Fever is present.
- Oversee employee termination processes, ensuring proper procedures are followed and documentation is handled correctly.
Employee Communication via JIRA/Slack:
- Utilize internal communication tools to maintain effective communication with management and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Labor relations or Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in labor relations, preferably in an international company
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. International experience is a plus.
- English level → C1 or higher; proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset.
- Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with managers and employees
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters.
