Responsibilities
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
Requirements - Between 2 and 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a predominant focus on contractual issues. - Solid knowledge of regulations and standards specific to the pharmaceutical sector. - Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, distribution contracts and license agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with internal company regulations and policies.
- Provide legal advice in relation to the daily operations of the company, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical sector.
