Buscamos un/a Líder de Turno en el área de Líquidos Inhalados
Si tienes experiencia en la industria farmacéutica y habilidades de liderazgo, esta es tu oportunidad para liderar equipos, garantizar el rendimiento, y promover la mejora continua en un entorno dinámico y de alta calidad.
Responsabilidades clave:
✅ Supervisar las operaciones de fabricación y acondicionamiento.
✅ Organizar recursos y orientar al equipo hacia el logro de objetivos.
✅ Liderar la mejora continua mediante Gembas y ciclos de mejora.
✅ Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y calidad.
✅ Gestionar la programación y organización del personal en su turno.
Lo que buscamos:
✔ Titulación universitaria en ciencias, ingeniería u otros ámbitos científico-técnicos.
✔ Nivel alto de inglés.
✔ Manejo fluido de herramientas Ms Office.
✔ Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
Valorable:
Experiencia en entornos GxP.
Conocimientos de SAP u otros ERP.
Experiencia en análisis de datos y manejo de Power BI o similares.
