We are looking for a Marketing Delivery lead. The objective of the role/services is to support bp Fuel Retail team in Europe and across markets to drive effective category management activities, supplier engagement and customer loyalty through data, insights and advanced analytics.
Key activities include:
Serves as a single point of contact for all Convenience and Price/Promo related topics – bp & Accenture
Streamlines and orchestrates delivery across all the core areas based on the agreed scope, requirements and priorities:
Data, Insights and Analytics platform – Power BI Dashboards – access, refresh, improvements, training
Performance reporting – regular reporting & insights cross-country and local
Ad Hoc Insights, Data & Analytics support on request – European and local
Supports and consults Data monetization lead to ensure relevant support and activities are provided to bp and bp suppliers as part of DM service
Supports & manages Retail Pricing optimization capability toolkit – the platform with annual service, enhancements (3 service contracts to end of 2025)
Supports & manages Retail Promotions capability toolkit (new opportunity)
Manages & supports internal offshore/near-shore teams (5 FTEs offshore India, 1 FTE DM Lead, 1 FTE Insights India; works closely with the Pricing team – 2 FTEs)
Coordinates and leases across all other relevant project teams outside Convenience e.g. Data team, Loyalty team, Governance team, Segmentation team, others
Engages with relevant bp stakeholders – European and Local levels to present, deliver, clarify and identify relevant solutions
Manages commercials and project work estimates across streams
Drives new opportunities and developments with the client e.g. Promotional optimization capability
Skills/Relevant experience:
Industry experience (at least 5 years)– retail, fuel retail and/or consumer goods sector
Category managements and retail analytics is a big plus e.g. segmentation/clustering, measurement, price/promo, assortment management
Data analysis and interpretation; ability ton translate technical into commercial and the other way around
Strong project management, project planning skills and experience
Strong team managements and scope/deliverables management
Strong client relationship building and engagement management
Strong presentation/complex problem-solving articulation
Power BI Dashboards and broadly data visualisation and analysis
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
