Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Beach Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our beach club. This role combines leadership, guest service, and operational oversight to ensure an exceptional beachfront experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the beach club
- Lead, train, and motivate a team
- Ensure outstanding guest experience through proactive service and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and ambiance across all beach club areas.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints swiftly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beach Club Manager or in a similar hospitality management role (e.g., Restaurant or F&B Manager in a luxury environment).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English and spanish is required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
