We are looking for a Medical Affairs Lead

Propose/create scientific content for promotional materials.
Review and approve scientific and promotional materials.
Work proactively with Marketing teams, contributing ideas, identifying new business opportunities, and sharing insights about key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Participate in in-person or online training sessions for employees, healthcare professionals, or consumers on skin, pathologies, and products, coordinated with the Training department according to the Business Unit's needs.
Participate in conferences by attending sessions, creating summaries and presentations, submitting posters and communications, and being part of the medical team.
Provide scientific support for external and internal inquiries about the company’s products.
Regularly review slide kits and technical files to ensure the most up-to-date scientific information (publications, articles, studies, etc.) related to the products.
Train affiliate staff (marketing, LAMs, CM, MAF, and regulatory) on new product launches.
Align with MKT teams and R&D departments to create consistent medical plans for key brands.
Collaborate with clinical and preclinical areas and RA to enhance claims and communications.
Prepare symposia and independent meetings with KOLs, ensuring high standards of quality and ethics.
Keep the KOL list updated.
Propose and create SOPs or process improvements.
For leaders: act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Business Unit within scope.
Develop the role of technical staff.

Experience: A minimun of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Education: University Degree in Life Science
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
