1. MISSION
Manage activity according to the communication model and targeting strategies defined and needed for the creation of value to the HCPs, according to the defined goals and in accomplishment with the compliance requirements.
2. MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the understanding and management of HCPs’ needs, using technical and scientific knowledge to comply with goals;
- Collect and analyse the needed information about HCPs and market that enhances activity and results;
- Propose the activities and investments that creates value for the patient and for the HCPs;
- Manage the promotion materials in line with related company SOP;
- Ensure confidentially of all strategic company information;
- Keep detailed activity reports to enable the correct flow of internal company information;
- Manage all activities using the company CRM to enable information analysis;
- Comply with the Quality, Environment, R&D, Health and Safety Policies, Standards and Procedures;
- Responsible for complying with BIAL Code of Ethics and Conduct and BIAL’s Policies and Procedures related to interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organisations and Patient Organisations.
3.PREFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND FACTORS
- Degree in Management, Economics or Life Sciences (preferred);
- Negotiation and good communication skills;
- Results oriented;
- Availability to travel on a regular basis;
- Strong computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English (preferred).
