We’re seeing a surge of interest from agencies, boutique consultancies, and automation specialists looking to embed n8n into their offerings. These partners help us reach new markets, deliver value to long-tail customers, and generate repeatable, service-led pipeline.
Now, we’re hiring a Senior Partner Manager to develop and scale our Service Partner ecosystem — building the foundations of our partner-led growth strategy.
Your main goal will be to build and scale a Service Partner ecosystem that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and customer success through high-impact, long-term relationships.
Here’s how you’ll make that happen:
Acquire and qualify high-potential partners
Identify and onboard consulting firms and boutique SIs aligned with our GTM strategy.
Ensure strong partner-market fit, technical skills, and business alignment.
Recruit agencies motivated to build a service offering around n8n.
Enable, support, and scale partnerships
Design onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to help partners succeed.
Build reusable resources (playbooks, toolkits, templates) to scale partner operations.
Drive partner education across technical and go-to-market tracks.
Drive pipeline and co-selling success
Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and -influenced pipeline across regions.
Collaborate with Sales, SEs, and Marketing to co-sell and activate opportunities.
Co-own joint business plans and deliver measurable revenue results.
Activate GTM with partners
Plan and run joint GTM campaigns, webinars, and regional initiatives.
Co-create content and marketing activities to boost visibility and engagement.
Keep the partner ecosystem informed and engaged with regular updates and events.
Champion feedback and continuous iteration
Act as the voice of the partner internally to shape future programs and incentives.
Use insights to improve the partner experience and scale operational efficiency.
Help launch and evolve partner program v2 based on learnings.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
SaaS Partnership Experience: You have 8+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales at fast-scaling SaaS companies, including 3+ years working with services partners as a quota-carrying IC.
Partner recruitment & enablement: You’ve recruited, onboarded, and helped scale high-performing agency and consultancy partners.
High-growth mindset: You’ve thrived in fast-paced tech environments and know how to prioritize in ambiguity.
Strong communicator & collaborator: You build trust quickly and influence cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Technical depth: You’re comfortable talking APIs, integration workflows, and understand the AI and automation landscape.
Builder’s mindset: You prefer shaping programs from scratch rather than managing static playbooks. You're hands-on, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Nice-to-haves
Languages: Fluent in English — bonus points for German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
Larger deal experience: You’ve worked on partner-involved deals in the €100K–€500K range.
GTM and co-sell experience: You understand the dynamics of GTM strategy, partner sales enablement, and field collaboration.
Industry knowledge: Experience with iPaaS, automation, AI, or technical SaaS platforms.
SI and mid-market/enterprise experience: You’ve partnered with systems integrators and supported software implementation in larger customer segments.
