What You'll Be Doing
This role focuses on lead qualification, not cold calling, though you may occasionally contact recycled or older leads. You'll reach out to homeowners who have expressed interest in the platform via its app, website, or marketing channels.
- Follow up on leads to gather and verify key property details
- Ask qualifying questions (property type, number of properties, rental license, pricing, availability)
- Confirm contact information and schedule call-backs for the Sales Managers
- Record all interactions and insights accurately in the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Ensure all leads are fully pre-qualified before handoff
- Work with a structured script and criteria to maintain consistency and quality
Tools & Systems You'll Use
- Aircall Cloud-based call system for outreach and KPI tracking
- Pipedrive CRM for pipeline management and follow-ups
- Internal dashboards for workflow and performance tracking
What Were Looking For
- Experience in sales support, lead qualification, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable using structured scripts and digital tools
- Tech-savvy, organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Available during standard EU business hours
- Able to work independently after completing training
Project Shift Hours
- Monday to Thursday
- 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM CET
- 12 hours per week (afternoon shifts only)
Note: Training will be required before onboarding. It will include 4-5 hours of unpaid sessions, spread across multiple dates.
