✍️General Responsibilities for the Role
- Contribute to and ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Be proactive in proposing improvements related to procedures, applications, systems, or resources.
- Promote initiatives seeking synergies and maximum benefit across areas and departments.
- Be versatile and able to carry out any other duties requested by the direct supervisor related to the role, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.
- Actively participate in training activities to improve skills and performance.
- Ensure proper compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate the adaptation of new colleagues to their positions.
- Ensure compliance with the crime prevention plan and equality policy, and act in accordance with Facephi’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Specific Responsibilities – Pre-Sales Engineer
- Gather and analyze technical requirements for business opportunities.
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the business development process.
- Prepare pre-sales deliverables:
- Bid/tender analysis, RFI, RFP
- Draft technical proposals
- Answer technical questionnaires
- Create technical presentations
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Ensure proper transfer of information to the project delivery team.
- Evaluate our product and that of competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Technologically assess our IT solutions and those offered to clients, as well as those of competitors.
- Deliver product presentations and support demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to client requests.

Requirements:
