About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join a global team dedicated to developing and rolling out retail digital solutions across a portfolio of leading luxury brands. This role is part of an international “Client & Market” program focused on enhancing retail operations and delivering innovative digital tools to boutiques worldwide.
As Product Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured, translated into functional requirements, and aligned with global delivery timelines. You will play a key role throughout the lifecycle of retail initiatives—from requirement gathering and solution design to rollout, cutover, and post-implementation hypercare.
The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

Strong experience with SAP Retail, including:
SAP & POS integration
SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration
SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge)
Expertise with GK POS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., Sovia).
Familiarity with infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deployment.
Skilled in business analysis techniques: use cases, process flows, user stories.
Knowledge of cutover plans, hypercare methodology, and incident management.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High sense of ownership, maturity, and ability to handle pressure.
Team player with collaborative spirit and transparency.
Skilled presenter for process and solution design.
Mandatory:
5+ years of proven experience working with retail digital systems, including SAP Retail (SD, POS integration, pricing, finance) and GK POS.
Solid background in system integration, rollout, and support in an international context.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
