Product Analytics Strategy Lead

Summary

As the Product Analytics Strategy Lead for Hospitality, you will be the driving force behind the strategy for our digital analytics vision and the execution of a unified measurement framework across all guest-facing digital products. You will define and lead the product lifecycle of how we track, interpret, and act on user behavior data to improve product performance, enhance guest experiences, and support both internal teams and high-end clients in making data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Ownership: Design and lead the long-term analytics strategy across all guest-facing hospitality products, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and client needs;
  • Functional Leadership: Guide and support the analytics function, mentor the Senior Product Analyst, and lead collaboration with external analytics vendors and consultants;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, UX, development, marketing, and go-to-market teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle and support Operations;
  • Client Enablement: Support high-end clients and client-facing teams with advanced analytics implementations, campaign tracking, and strategic measurement guidance;
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure analytics practices are scalable, privacy-compliant, and aligned with legal, regulatory, and internal standards;
  • Insight Activation: Generate actionable insights, establish regular reporting and case study processes, and support product and UX decisions through data;
  • Analytics Culture Building: Promote a data-informed mindset across the organization by sharing best practices, success stories, and enabling teams to confidently use analytics.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline;
  • Master’s degree preferred, particularly in analytics, digital strategy, or business intelligence;
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, or tag management platforms) are a plus;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital or product analytics, ideally with exposure to the hospitality industry or guest-facing digital products;
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and senior stakeholders;
  • Strong technical proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar);
  • Skilled in identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and developing data-driven solutions;
  • High attention to detail and data quality, with a strong focus on accuracy, validation, and reliability of insights;
  • Experience mentoring and guiding team members as lead, fostering a collaborative and high-performing analytics culture;
  • Experience managing external analytics vendors or consultants, including budgeting, contracting, and overseeing deliverables;
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, through written reports and presentations) are a plus.
