Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will have the opportunity to lead the innovation and execution of intelligent, data-powered solutions that shape the future of short-term rental pricing, availability, and personalization at Beyond.
Data is at the heart of everything Beyond does, from powering our industry-leading algorithm to surfacing insights to property owners. As our Product Manager, Data, you'll be responsible for:
- Defining and owning the roadmap for data-driven features that enhance pricing intelligence, predictive availability, and customer personalization across our industry leading suite of products.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering and data science to integrate machine learning models into our products and workflows.
- Collaborating with our revenue management experts, other product managers, customer-facing teams, and customers to identify valuable use cases and translate them into product solutions.
- Ensuring the stability and speed of all existing and new data collection processes.
- Driving initiatives to identify, clean, and normalize data from multiple varied sources.
- Leading conversations with industry experts on the value of Beyond's data, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Acting as a bridge between highly technical data teams and customer-oriented product and design teams—making the complex simple and actionable.
- Advocating for data quality and diving into the details to best understand potential paths forward.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 1+ year of product management experience and/or 2-4 years as a business analyst or revenue manager in travel tech industry
- Experience in SaaS and/or data-rich environments preferred
- Experience in the travel tech industry preferred
- Strong understanding of the lifecycle of data—from acquisition to modeling to application.
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to explore, validate, and analyze datasets independently is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product narratives and priorities.
- Bonus: experience integrating with travel distribution platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) or working on demand forecasting and dynamic pricing.
